Every single Fine Artist Print we manufacture is produced on demand using the Giclee´ process, which is French for “sprayed ink.” Eleven color inks are literally sprayed on in millions of color blends utilizing continuous tone technology. This method retains all the fine detail of the original painting or photograph. Prominent art galleries and museums employ the same printing process as Fine Artist Prints.
We are proud to use Hahnemuhle Fine Art Pearl archival paper. This is a beautiful, heavyweight, 285 grams per square meter, acid free, archival paper. Hahnemuhle has been manufacturing the highest quality papers in the European tradition since 1584.
At Fine artist Prints we use Museum mat board. It is 4 ply thick, 100% cotton board of the highest conservation quality. Completing the showcasing of your selected Fine Artist Print are beautiful hardwood frames and acrylic glazing. The finished, framed print will be backed, wired and ready to hang. The complete piece will sincerely “Bring the Gallery experience to your living room.”
Q. What are the actual sizes of the prints?
A. The paper sizes are as shown below. There is a ½ inch margin around each print for framing purposes. If framed the mats are either 2.5 or 3 inches wide.
